Marron lives in Akron and is on the faculty at The University of Akron. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music in NYC, Marron has performed in Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, Canada and throughout the United States.

The Union Light Guard served as President Abraham Lincoln's bodyguard from 1863 to 1865 and was comprised of Ohio cavalry members.

Mullen will be in full cavalry costume and show genuine cavalry equipment.

The Lifelong Learning Institute: America's Secretive Institution: The U.S. Supreme Court

The inner workings of many institutions remain secret. The same can be said of the United States Supreme Court, which serves as guardian of the U.S. Constitution.

Dr. Greg Ferro removes some of the secrecy of the U.S. Supreme Court and adds more understanding.

He will emphasize key cases, the language of the law and the human beings who make up this secretive yet human institution. Whether you’re a fan of "Perry Mason" or "Law and Order," this course will have something for you.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be served during this session.
